Born and raised in Plymouth, Devon, Emma trained as an orthopaedic nurse before finding her niche in Emergency Care Nursing and going on to become an Emergency Nurse Practitioner.

Living in Naples has meant that she cannot work as a nurse but has instead set up her own business and thrown herself into Crossfit and wowed crowds in on stage!
